When we visited the Farm at Rockledge Gardens in Florida this summer the cherry tomato plants were bearing fruit and the long beans were aplenty. The Farm’s owner Theresa Riley spoke with us about their growing principles and the natural methods they use throughout the 2-acre farm. Along with employees from the farm, she also shared her vision for bringing fresh produce to the area and teaching people in the community about eating seasonally.
